1. Controller

2. Overview

We process as little personal data as possible. We do not use advertising trackers, social media plugins or externally hosted fonts. Fonts and all scripts are served from our own server.

3. Server log files

When you visit the site, our hosting server processes technical data (IP address, date and time, requested page, referrer, browser, operating system) to deliver the site and keep it secure. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Log files are deleted by the host after a short period unless they are needed to investigate an attack.

4. Country detection

We do not determine your location. All pages show the same content to every visitor.

5. Statistics

We use Koko Analytics, a self-hosted statistics tool. It counts page views on our own server without cookies and without storing IP addresses or other personal identifiers. No data is passed to third parties. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.

6. Outbound casino links

Commercial links pass through a redirect on our server (/go/). We record the time, the casino, the position of the link, the page, the device type and a shortened, hashed IP address in order to measure clicks and prevent fraud. These records are deleted after 90 days. When you arrive at the casino, the casino’s own privacy policy applies. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.

7. Contact, partner requests and player experiences

If you write to us or use the partner form, we process the data you provide to answer your request (Art. 6 (1) (b) and (f) GDPR) and store it for as long as needed for the enquiry and any resulting business relationship, within statutory retention periods. If you submit a player experience, we process your alias, e-mail address, country and text. We send a confirmation e-mail, moderate the report and publish only the alias, country, date and text. You can ask us to delete your report at any time. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR (consent), which you can withdraw at any time.

8. Cookies

We do not set cookies for tracking or advertising. Technically necessary cookies may be set when you log in to the administration area. See our cookie information.

9. Recipients

Our hosting provider processes data on our behalf under a data processing agreement. E-mails are sent through our mail server. We do not transfer personal data to countries outside the EU/EEA unless you contact us from there or an adequate safeguard exists.

10. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR), and the right to withdraw consent. You can lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, for example the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information Baden-Württemberg.
