The Revenue Service publishes a register of permit holders, but it lists company names and permit numbers rather than websites, so players should match these details carefully. Georgia has some of the strictest age rules in the region. Georgian citizens must be at least 25 to gamble, while foreign nationals may play from 18. Citizens also pay a tax on every withdrawal from a gambling account. Georgians can ask to be placed on a list of people barred from gambling for five years. A separate permit type allows companies to serve only players abroad, and those sites may not accept Georgian citizens at all. Complaints must be handled by the operator under its approved game rules, and no independent dispute body was found.
