FSRC licensed casinos
What the Financial Services Regulatory Commission, St Kitts Branch (internet gaming) licence means for players, how to check it in the official register, and every casino in our database that holds it.
Short answer
Saint Kitts and Nevis has two separate bodies that license online gambling. On St Kitts, internet gaming falls under the Financial Services Regulatory Commission, a general financial regulator that also supervises insurance, money services, companies and trusts.
About the Financial Services Regulatory Commission, St Kitts Branch (internet gaming)
Its gaming responsibilities cover casinos, lotteries, slot operators and internet gaming. Nevis has its own regulator, the Nevis Online Gaming Authority, and sites licensed there are intended for customers outside the federation. Players should therefore check which of the two regulators a site claims. The Commission's website has an internet gaming section, but no list of licensees could be read from it during this research, so any licence claim should be confirmed directly with the regulator. There is no personal income tax in the federation, so winnings are not taxed. Secondary sources say players can complain to the relevant regulator if an operator does not resolve a dispute, but no formal procedure was found. Because public information is very limited, this licence is treated as light-touch or unclear.
