What is terms and conditions?
Definition and example from our casino glossary.
Definition
Terms and conditions are the contract between you and the casino, setting the rules for accounts, bonuses, payments and disputes.
A casino's terms usually consist of general terms plus separate bonus terms, a privacy policy and game rules. Together they define how accounts are verified, which countries are excluded, how bonuses work, what payout limits apply, what counts as irregular play, how inactive accounts are treated and how complaints are handled. In regulated markets, terms must be fair, clear and easy to find, and an unfair term may not be enforceable. Disputes nearly always turn on wording, so the version in force when you accepted an offer matters. Save or screenshot the relevant terms, with the date, when you register and when you claim a bonus. Pay particular attention to clauses on maximum bets, maximum winnings and payouts, confiscation rights and dormant-account fees. If a clause is vague, ask support to clarify it in writing before you play.
