PGCB licensed casinos

What the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board licence means for players, how to check it in the official register, and every casino in our database that holds it.

Tier 1

Short answer

The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board oversees casino gambling in Pennsylvania, including online casino games, online poker and online sports wagering. Online gambling was legalised by a state law signed on 30 October 2017, and only casino licensees approved by the Board may offer it.

About the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board

The Board publishes separate lists of licensed interactive gaming, online poker, sports wagering and fantasy contest operators, and it advises players to look for its official logo on legal sites. Players must be at least 21 and located in Pennsylvania. The Board takes patron complaints and disputes seriously. Players can ask it to investigate a problem with a licensed operator by filing an electronic form within 30 days of the incident, including a form for online casino complaints. Each case is given a case number and an investigator. Pennsylvania also offers self-exclusion from online gambling and publishes an exclusion list for iGaming, and responsible gaming tools and support services are listed on a dedicated state website.
